Hi Parents and caregivers,

 

Thank you to the 2 parents who have offered baking for the pop up cafe at the school disco, we really appreciate you!

Unfortunately this is not enough baking to cover both discos for a bake sale and we would love some extra help.

Cupcakes, bikkies and slices always sell well and we are happy to sell pre made goods if you are short on time.

All proceeds from the disco are going towards enhancing play spaces and much needed STEAM equipment.(Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics)
 

Please email Sarah at the office or the fundraising team fundraising@waitoki.school.nz if you are able to help, or bring your baked goods along to the school hall on friday at drop off or pick up.

Basketball Team Interest – Semester 2

Dear Parents/Caregivers,

We are currently seeking expressions of interest from students who would like to play basketball in a school team in Semester 2 (Terms 3 and 4).

Please note that your child is required to make the commitment for the entire season, covering both Terms 3 and 4. Before expressing interest, please ensure that basketball will not clash with any other sporting commitments during this time (Game days for each Year level are below)

Season details:

Begins the week of 3 August.( Term 3 week 3)

All games are played at Stanmore Bay Pool and Leisure Centre

Game Days:

Tuesday – Year 5 & 6

Wednesday – Year 1 & 2

Thursday - Year 3 & 4

If your child is interested in playing, please email b.porter@waitoki.school.nz as soon as possible so teams can be organised.

Payment for Disco Tickets and Pizza Orders :

With the school disco coming up next Friday we have had lots of skool loop bookings for tickets some with pizza orders but no payments have been made to tie up with these bookings, please can you ensure that these payments are made immediately so that we do not have disappointed students - as the pizzas cannot be ordered until payment has been made and there are no pizza sales on the night.

Payment can be made into the school account with your childs name and Disco as the ref: 123139000300700 or by cash/eftpos in the office.

We also have had a few bank payments made but no skool loop bookings yet for the tickets/pizza  - can you please check that you have completed skool loop forms as well.

Please ensure that if you are yet to order tickets /pizza you complete the whole process: Book tickets/ pizza on skool loop and then make payment immediately.
